Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up or checking the fit notes on each product. Still unsure? Reach out and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. Preorder items ship in approximately 4–6 weeks. If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, available items ship separately and preorder items follow when ready. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to support@shopfabtopia.com within 8 hours of purchase. After 8 hours, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, except where required by law. Eligibility is based on when the request is received. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, preference, or change of mind. If one piece in a set is damaged or defective, only that piece needs to be returned unless our support team instructs otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable consumer-protection law.

How do I report a damaged or defective item?

Email support@shopfabtopia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. If your request is approved, we'll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send an item back without authorization.
