Welcome to Fabtopia (shopfabtopia.com), owned and operated by Fabtopia, Inc. These Terms of Service and Legal Notice ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and the purchase of any products sold through it (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
● All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
● We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, dye lots, or handmade/small-batch production.
● We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at our discretion.
● Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we may cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fabtopia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Return claims are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, preference, change of mind, or sale items.
How do I report a damaged or defective item?
Email us at support@shopfabtopia.com with your order number and photos showing the damage or defect. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Fabtopia name and logo, product designs, photography, graphics, text, and site design, is owned by Fabtopia, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
● Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
● Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or unsolicited advertising;
● Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without permission;

AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
